IF YOU DON’T ENJOY IT, YOU ARE FAR TOO CRITICAL!
I saw the Show at The Hard Rock in Atlantic City. As we came into the lobby of the hotel, seeing memorabilia from some of the biggest names in music including tuxedos worn by Dean Martin & Sinatra, I couldn’t help but feel nostalgic about the era of great music with horns and vocalists and great production. With that said, the arena was comfortable and the crowd was mostly senior, and I’m guessing pretty Italian too, myself included. For a Jersey Boy to enjoy a performance by a Jersey Legend with a lot of other Jersey boys and girls was extremely emotional for me. Our Heroes are gone or getting very old and they made the soundtracks of our lives. There are not many true LEGENDS left. So to get the chance to celebrate a tremendous talent and lifetime body of work was beautiful. The music is timeless and was performed very well, the band is chock full of talent and his singers got the moves and the look. It doesn’t matter whether Frankie is lip syncing or not, because you are there with him singing the songs together. If you have the opportunity to see a Legend on a stage like that, grab it and don’t judge so hard, because they have earned the right to grow old on stage. We are all getting older too. At the end of the day all that really matters is being with the people you love, getting together and enjoying their company. I really enjoyed those 2 hours, time and money well spent!

PRIOR LAKE (MYSTIC LAKE), MINNESOTA, GREAT SHOW!! (9/30)
Frankie Valli, ever the showman, still getting out on tour and making people happy. An inspiration in and of itself in these times. The band, updated arrangements, The Four Seasons vocalists, and vocal solos—all terrific. Frankie lets the instrumental soloists run free and it keeps things interesting. There is a little tweaking, such as lowering a key here or there to fit his range, and sometimes sneaking in autotune on the high phrases. Really, who cares—he’s 87. He keeps his voice in good shape and is a real gentleman. (By the way my impression was that the video monitors are way behind in the on-stage performance, not the other way around. Distracting). Terrific show—thank you for the fantastic memories of the ‘60’s and ‘70’s.

GREAT NOSTALGIA, BUT
We saw Frankie August 28, 2022 in Nashville. The nostalgia of seeing a living legend was wonderful. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to hear today’s Frankie but Frankie from many years past. We were disappointed, but not really angry. Perhaps he should be a little more honest with the audience and with himself. The music was great but not Frankie. Only the memories are left, MANY THANKS for those memories.

OH WHAT A NIGHT
The musicians and Four Singers were fantastic. Since FrNki Bali’s eyes were barely opened and his barely moved, there was no doubt he was lip syncing . Band and singers did excellent job of the recordings. Frankie could barely walk. It was hood yo see him, but back ups made the concert. It is sad to remember him this way.

NOT LIVE?
Loved the songs. Did anybody else get a feeling that
FV was not singing live? Saw some evidence of it but I
could try to be convinced otherwise

LIP SYNCHING BUT AT LEAST YOU SEE HIM
Went to the FV show in Medford Mass April 2019, and unfortunately, Frankie isn’t singing live. I had seats very close to the stage of a smaller theatre, and he totally missed the cue for the first words of the first song, so since that moment I watched his lips the whole time. Definitely not signing live. But hey, it’s still Frankie Valli there, dancing, and you are in a room listening to his songs with him. Still pretty cool. For what it was the sound was great, the audience ate it up, and for the ones that couldn’t tell (like my wife), they couldn’t believe an 84 yr old could sing like that! ;)

FRANKIE VALLI REVIEW
My girlfriends and I spent a very fun night singing along to the great songs of FV and 4 Seasons last night at Hard Rock Casino. He played to full house .
He definitely is getting up their in age ( but aren’t we all ) His band and back up singers were fantastic but my verdict is still undecided if he sang or lip synched the show but definitely worth it.
